Room prices start from just $85 (single) and our rates are the same all year round - we do not charge more for peak season or apply holiday surcharges.
Subject to availability we have 5 types of rooms -
- the Riverside Studio which is private and self contained
- Riverside Rooms with Queen bed plus extras
- A single Travellers Room which is ideal for those travelling solo
- Family Room with room for four
- Garden Rooms which are ideal for couples

All rooms include comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen including bar fridge, cooking unit and microwave plus bathroom and separate toilet. All linen and soap supplied.
We have undercover parking for all sizes of vehicles on the property and offer our guests unlimited use of the fully equipped laundry, BBQ x 2 and enclosed courtyard with seating, outdoor heating and use of the garden produce .
Well behaved pets are welcome.
The ambience at the front and view from the back of the property is beautiful with sweeping views of the river, to Bellwood Beach and nearby mountains with enough room to play some cricket or relax in the sun if you choose to.
