Marcel Towers & Riverside Apartments
Marcel Towers is a block of 12 Air Conditioned full size self contained furnished apartments situated right by the Nambucca River and close to the Pacific Ocean. Many of the apartments have been renovated to provide a superior level of comfort.
Riverside Place is a separate two bedroom ground floor apartment with air conditioning; dishwasher; lock-up garage; Austar and many other special features.
EVERY apartment has a balcony and water views, with a rainforest backdrop. Linen is provided and guests have free access to our book and DVD libraries. WiFi and internet access is also available at very reasonable cost.
We are within easy walking distance to the tavern, shops, restaurants, clubs and beaches.
Make use of one of the free guest row boats/canoe to cross over to the adjacent sand island or to explore the nearby reaches of the river. Stroll along the waterside boardwalk to the famous Vee Wall and the river and ocean beaches, or wander along the nearby rainforest walking tracks.
Marcel Towers is an ideal base from which you can visit the many interesting and unique features of the Nambucca Valley and its environs.

Bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit within 7 days of our acceptance. The required deposit is 20% of your entire booking or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater amount.
The full balance of payment for your reservation is payable at time of check-in.
Cancellations Policy
Our cancellations policy depends on the season. Please carefully read the particulars below.
NSW School Holiday Periods
Cancellations at least 30 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a deposit refund minus a 15% service fee.
Cancellations 14 - 29 days prior to your arrival will be refunded minus a 25% service fee.
Cancellations 7 - 13 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a deposit refund minus a 35% service fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your arrival will not qualify for any refund of deposit.
Other Times of Year
Cancellations at least 7 days prior to your arrival will be refunded minus a 15% service fee.
Cancellations not later than 10.00 am on your day of arrival will be entitled to a deposit refund minus a 20% service fee.
Cancellations later than 10.00 am on day of arrival will not receive a refund of deposit.
Early Departure
In the event that you decide to vacate earlier than originally booked the unused time will not be refunded if it is during a NSW school holiday period. Outside of NSW school holidays the unused portion of your payment will be refunded minus a 20% service fee.
Changing Reservation Dates
Subject to availability you may change the dates of your reservation without incurring a service fee provided you give us at least 30 days notice if your original booking was within a school holiday period.
