| Eliza and Joseph Newman Folk Museum is home to a vast amount of memorabilia which records and commemorates the development of the Nambucca Valley. This includes an old Presbyterian Church and boarding house which was used as a set for the 1986 film "The Umbrella Woman" starring Bryan Brown and Rachel Ward, farm equipment, automobiles, and entire pioneer home settings. If it was used in the valley, chances are it can be found here.

One of Australia's best folk museums, with room after room of detailed and beautifully-presented heritage displays from days gone by. Carefully-restored working farm machinery and vintage vehicles are a feature.
